It has been reported on behalf of Registry that the appellant did not deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- from the outstanding arrears of the MSEDCL charges within stipulated period. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay stands disposed of for noncompliance of the conditional order passed by this court. 3.

In such peculiar circumstances, in view of disposal of Civil Application for condonation of delay, the proceeding of appeal does not survive, therefore, stands disposed of.
