By consent of petitioners and all respondents, petitions can be disposed of by directing respondent no.03 - Education Officer (Primary) of Zilla Parishad to decide seniority list of the petitioners in all these petitions and before doing that, the Management shall submit all relevant records demanded by the Education Officer. The Education Officer (Primary) shall then decide the question of seniority in accordance with law, expeditiously.
