2] Heard.

3] This Court in Writ Petition No.5243/2021 and connected matters, by order dated 24/3/2021 has merely directed the Labour Court to decide the complaints expeditiously.

4] According to the learned advocate Mr.S.S.Thombre

941wp9678-21.odt even in all these matters the fact situation is the same, though the petitioners are different, the respondent is same bank. For the reasons mentioned in that order, even these Petitions may be disposed of with similar directions.

5] I have seen the order passed in Writ Petition No.5243/2021 dated 24/3/2021.

6] The petitioners are impugning the orders refusing them ad-interim relief. This Court after considering all the aspects has, instead, directed the Labour Court to hear the matters expeditiously.

7] For the same reasons as is recorded in Writ Petition No.5243/2021 dated 24/3/2021, even in the present matters, the learned Judge of the Labour Court shall make every endeavour to decide the matters of the petitioners expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of appearance of the parties. The parties shall appear before the Labour Court on 01/10/2021.
