Mr.Bhalerao, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given representation with regard to repatriation (Exh.A) collectively, however, the same is not considered by the Education Officer.

Mr.Patil, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader states that if the said representation is pending, then the Respondents would consider the same on its own merits.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) In case the representaion (Exh.A) collectively is pending with the Education Officer, then the same shall be decided by the Education Officer in accordance with law and policy and after

W.P.No.7935/15 hearing all concerned expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.
