The petitioner is seeking retention inspite of order of transfer having been passed after he was rendered surplus. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's request is pending with the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded and can be considered on its own merits. 4.

Mr. Pulkundwar, who appears for the Zilla Parishad submits that appropriate decision would be taken on the petitioner's representation on its own merits expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 27 June 2023 (Exhibit - J) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three (03) months from today.
