Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks accommodation. We are not inclined to grant accommodation as since 2021 to 2025, no steps have been taken. This Court had passed specific order on 28.01.2021 to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of two weeks. He had not deposited the same. Under such circumstance, when the petitioner is not showing his bona fides, which is also in tune of Rule 7 of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules,2010, we dismiss the Public Interest Litigation.
