Since the matter regarding obedience to the common directions of this court in all these writ petitions whereby the Zilla Parishad was directed to pay the petitioners minimum pay scale at the lowest rate in the regular pay scale extended to the regular employees holding the same posts with effect from the date of petition.

The parties are unanimous that this order was under review before this court in Review Application (St.) No.34244 of 2022 and connected matters.

These were the review applications filed by the Zilla Parishad which were partly allowed in the sense that the order which are sought to be executed was set aside directing the original petitioners to arraign the necessary parties. Accordingly, the petitioners amended the writ petitions and the matter is under active consideration before the another bench. 4.
The fact remains that as of now the order which is sought to be executed has been recalled. The petitioner would have their own remedies at an appropriate stage. Nothing survives.

Contempt petitions are disposed of.
