The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners claim to be eligible to be appointed as Kendra Pramukh, the respondent/Zilla Parishad is not considering their candidature. 2.

We find that already a query on similar lines was put up with the Government by Zilla Parishad, Solapur (page no.80), which was responded to by the Government. Even thereafter, a similar direction was given to all the Zilla Parishads by the Government vide communication dated 15.06.2023 (Exhibit-O).

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.3 and 4 to consider the petitioners' cases on their own merits as expeditiously as possible.
