Inspite of application being made by the applicant for framing of charge, the learned trial Judge has rejected the same vide order dated 28th June, 2022.

Bail application stands disposed of with request to the trial Court to expedite hearing of the case since charge has already been framed and conclude the same within eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
