The petitioners who are stated to be blood relatives, are waiting for the decision by the Committee for validation of their tribe certificates. It is being pointed out that there are several validities in the family. Payal Bhagchand Bhokan, Kum. Vaishnavi Ganesh Bhokan and Dheerajkumar Motising Bhokan were issued with validity certificates pursuant to the orders of this Court. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Committee to decide the petitioners' proposals as expeditiously as possible and in

The Committee may consider granting certificates of validity conditionally based on similar validities granted to Payal Bhagchand Bhokan, Kum. Vaishnavi Ganesh Bhokan and Dheerajkumar Motising Bhokan.
