After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in the writ jurisdiction, at that time, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to permit the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy of revision before the learned Sessions Court.

His statement is accepted. Leave is granted.

In view of the same, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to permit the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the proper forum in accordance with the law.
