Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel submits that, in the year, 2010, proposal was given for start of English Medium Primary School. However, since 2010, the said application is not considered. Upon a question being asked as to whether the said place where the school is to be started is within master plan. The learned counsel fairly submits that, the same is not. Even otherwise the said application has become stale.

The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is ready to file application for start of English Medium Primary School on self financing basis.

The learned A. G. P. states that, in case said proposal is filed the authority would consider the same on its own merits.

In light of the above, we pass the following orderORDER In case the petitioner files a fresh proposal seeking permission to start English Medium Primary School on self financing basis then, the authority shall consider the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within six (6) months from the date of receipt of proposal.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
