This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 to issue caste certificate to petitioner in pursuance to the application tendered by her on 12.02.2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of four weeks from today and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

Petitioner places reliance on the validation certificate issued in favour of her father, copy of which is annexed at Exh. D page 23 of the petition.
