He submits that post filing the Writ Petition, it has come to the knowledge of the applicants/petitioners that the other similarly circumstanced employees of the respondent-Corporation were granted monetary benefits, whereas, the petitioners were kept away from such benefits. He submits that the applicants may be permitted to
4-CA.9331-19.doc challenge the act of discrimination, by way of present amendment incorporating necessary grounds and consequential prayers.

Learned Counsel for the respondent - Corporation is not seriously objecting the application. 3.
The application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B). Amendment be carried out within one week. 4.
Needless to state that amended copies of the petition be supplied to the respondent - Corporation within a week after carrying out the amendment. 5.
