Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the Respondents-State.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2- Sub Divisional Officer , Kandhar to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.

3.

The petitioner contends that his real sister has already been issued validity certificate and as such, there shall be no impediment for issuing the tribe certificate.

4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
