We have perused the prayers put forth by the petitioners. After hearing this matter for some time, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would tender a comprehensive representation to respondent No.1 National Highways Authority of India through it'

s Project Director and seek redressal of their grievance, inclusive of the option of a service road. Such representation would be tendered on or before 04.10.2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the khs/Sept.2022/8759

- 2 - petitioners lodge their representation with respondent No.1, on or before 04.10.2022, we direct respondent No.1 National Highways Authority of India, through its Project Director, Project Implementation Unit, Nasik, to deal with the said representation and adopt such steps which would redress the grievance of the petitioners. Let such exercise be completed on or before 15.11.2022.
