Petitioner institute is awaiting grant in aid pursuant to the increase of strength of students by 24 pursuant to the proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 2 to the respondent No. 1 dated 16 December 2017 and even dated 18 January 2024. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 1 to take appropriate decision on the proposals mentioned hereinabove (Exhibit - F), if those have not been already decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six (06) weeks from today. The decision shall be taken in accordance with the government policy.
