The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, within one and half year the petitioner is transferred. The petitioner has made grievance to the Chief Executive Officer on 18.06.2019 and 01.07.2019, however, no cognizance is taken. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent No. 1. Mr. Sonwane, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

In case, the application/grievance of the petitioner with

2 wp 8937.19 regard to his transfer is pending with the Chief Executive Officer (Page 28), then the Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon it within a period of seven (07) days from today. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
