This is a civil application in a disposed of writ petition whereby, by the order dated 3 July 2023 we had issued direction to the respondent - authorities to consider the representations of number of petitioners from number of writ petitions who were seeking transfer. 2.
By way of this application it is now being pointed out that petitioner no. 2 in writ petition no. 7332 of 2023, namely, Ashok Revaji Padvi, in-fact, was not seeking any relief and had not preferred any petition. His name appeared erroneously when in-fact one Sunanda Motiram Choure resident of Dhadgaon should have been the petitioner no. 2 in that petition. She had preferred a common representation along with the other two petitioners - Pandit Antu Gavali and Somnath
2 CA / 8520 / 2023 Dhedu Kokani from writ petition no. 7332 of 2023. Request was made for making necessary correction.

We have heard both the sides and perused the papers. 4.
It does appear that it was an error inasmuch as it was a joint representation by three of the petitioners including the lady Sunanda Motiram Choure. Ashok Revaji Padavi had not made that representation and it seems to be a genuine mistake. 5.
The application is allowed.

Leave granted to carry out the necessary correction in memo of the writ petition to be carried out forthwith. 7.
The name of Sunanda Motiram Choure be shown as petitioner no. 2 in place of Ashok Revaji Padavi and fresh order be uploaded.
