The learned A.G.P. submits that the vigilance enquiry is still to be concluded.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to adopt the reply given by her brother and sister to the vigilance report and the committee may be directed to expedite the decision. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 2committee to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today.
