Mr. Chavan, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed objection under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act with regard to apportionment of share and the Competent Authority shall refer the objection to the Civil Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submits that, the petitioner does not have any right to seek such a relief.

Objection has been filed under Section 3-H(4) of the National Highways Act. The competent authority shall decide the objection, if not already decided on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
