The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2015. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner has completed internship with Respondent No.3.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Mr. K. C. Sant, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.4. 3.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the internship completion certificate of the petitioner may not be withheld only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Gajanan
