Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, present applicant Nos.1 and 2/1's name in L.A.R. judgment and First Appeal Memo mentioned as Krushna Digambar Khadke and Smt. Laxmi Ravindra Khadke but their identity proof shows that, Krishna Digambar Khadke and Pooja K.

{2} 942-CA-11456-2022 Smt. Laxmibai Ravindra Khadke respectively. The names applicant Nos.1 and 2/1 in First Appeal and in L.A.R. judgment are diferent due to spelling. Hence, requested to correct the names of applicant Nos.1 and 2/1 accordingly.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for applicants, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment within two weeks.
