Learned counsel appearing for petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy by application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.

Criminal writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that liberty granted will be available only in case the petitioners file application for discharge within a period of four weeks from today before the trial Court. In case, such application is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with provisions of law.
