Application is filed by the State for grant of stay to the execution of the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge-1, Latur, delivered in Special Civil Suit No. 10 of 2016 (Old No. 32 of 2013). 2.

Today, learned A.G.P. produced on record communication made by the Executive Engineer, P.W.D. to show that the entire amount of Rs.31,37,77,733/- came to be deposited in the District Court, Latur.

In view of the circumstance and as the First Appeal is pending, this Court hereby grants stay to the execution of the decree.
