Heard. This application is filed for withdrawal of amount. The application is opposed by learned Advocate Mr. Gaikwad for the acquiring body.

Considering the order passed by this Court dated 03.05.2024 in C.A. No. 2345 of 2024 in FAST No.2463 of 2021, arising out of same acquisition proceeding, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court by the acquiring body along with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking.

( 2 ) [ca9524.24] (iii) The amount deposited in this Court be transferred to the Reference Court.
