Heard Mr. Kajale, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, the land of the petitioner is acquired by private negotiations prior to the notification U/Sec. 4 of the Land Acquisition Act and is entitled for the rental compensation. Application is also filed for rental compensation (Exh. C), however, no decision is taken on the same. 2.
The learned counsel Mr. Aghav appearing for the respondent No. 4 submits that, the respondent No. 4 has already submitted the necessary information and the documents for deciding the said application.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.
In case the application (Exh. C) is still pending with respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the said respondents shall decide the said application for grant of rental compensation on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (9) months from today. 5.
