We have heard Mr. Ghatol Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Kale, learned APP submits that subsequent to the orders passed by this Court on 18th April, 2015 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 488/2015, steps have been taken and the said person Mr. Digambar Ramrao Kalamb is terminated from service after making enquiry. As far as filing of F.I.R. is concerned, procedure is being followed. The appointing authority has reverted it back to the State for further guidance. Steps are being taken.

In view of the said statement made by learned APP, the order of this Court is substantially complied with. As far as filing of F.I.R. is concerned, it is submitted that steps are being taken. Respondent No.1 and the concerned persons are at liberty to proceed further in that direction. In case it is found that the order is not complied with, with regard to the filing of F.I.R. within reasonable time, the applicant may move the Court.
