Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, fairly cede to a position that an arrangement can be worked out under which review against order dated 26-03-2015 on Exhibit-63 in regular civil appeal no. 66 of 2013 can be disposed of within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of writ of this order. 2.
Taking into account imputations by parties against each other, I deem it appropriate that the petitioner shall show his bonafides and shall deposit ` 5,00,000/- before the appellate court within a period of four weeks from today. The deposit of the amount of ` 5,00,000/- has no connection with ` 1,50,000/- being deposited pursuant to the earlier orders by the courts. 3.
Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel for respondent fairly submits that in case deposit of ` 5,00,000/- is made by petitioner,
WP-9242.15 respondent would not ask for possession immediately till disposal of review application since the same is directed to be decided within a period of six weeks from today. 4.
In view of aforesaid, no further orders are required in the matter.

The appellate court as such shall consider the application for review as early as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
Writ petition as such stands disposed of.
