It is asserted that the advocates whose names have been recorded as appearing for the petitioners, in fact, did not appear and it is Mr. Ameya Sabnis, learned counsel who represented the petitioners. In support of the said assertion even the case status of the petitions as available on website of this Court has been annexed to the documents presented while mentioning.

We are satisfied that there is an error in the appearance recorded on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the appearance shall be corrected and the name of Mr. Ameya N. Sabnis advocate shall be recorded as having appeared for the petitioners. 3.

It appears that there is a further error in showing the appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 as there were only two respondents in the petitions. The said error shall be corrected by deleting appearance on behalf of respondent No.3.
