The Court observed that if nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date, matter will be dismissed. Thereafter, the matter was called out on 14 August 2017. On that date also none appeared for the petitioner, still the matter was adjourned for dismissal.

2] Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

3] The Writ Petition, as such is dismissed for non prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
