The learned Advocates for the Petitioners submit on instructions that they would approach the Civil Court for the redressal of their grievance. As such, they seek liberty to withdraw these petitions.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off as the petitioners desire to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.
