Petitioner's proposal is pending with the scrutiny committee for last 2 years. The petitioner is seeking admission through CAP round - 3 for five year LL.B. course.

It is pointed out that already the petitioner along with another petitioner had filed writ petition no. 1171 of 2024. By the order dated 31-01-2024, a co-ordinate Division bench had directed the committee to decide the proposal within six months. 3.

This Court will not be passing repetitive orders. The remedy for the petitioner would lie elsewhere. 4.

The petition is rejected.
