Learned counsel for applicants refers to various reasons under which order of refusing registration of second appeal was passed by the Registrar of this court and about earlier advocate being unaware of the same. The above position is not seriously disputed by respondent No. 5. In view of the same, I deem it appropriate to allow the application. 3.

Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and C" and stands disposed of.

It is expected that applicants would remove the office objections, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. In case of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, place the matter for further orders.
