We have ascertained the identification of the parties with the assistance of their learned counsel.

The parties have placed on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit - X for identification. The learned Addl. G. P. for the acquiring body also tenders letter indicating the rates and authority to dispose of the first appeals. Copy of letter dated 29.02.2024 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X-1' for identification. 4.

The first appeals along with cross objections are disposed of in view of terms of compromise/settlement at Exhibit 'X' and the minutes of the order passed today.

The claimants make a statement that except them there are no other stake holders to the subject matter. 6.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
