Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the Respondents-State.

Learned AGP appearing for the State informs on instructions that decision in the dispute pending with the Additional Collector, Nandurbar will be declared within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the statement made, the grievance raised by the petitioners in the instant petitions stands redressed. 3.

The petitioners undertake to cooperate the Additional Collector, Nandurbar in expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before him. Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
