Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in similary situated matter this Court by order dated 7th October, 2021 allowed the claimant to withdraw the amount. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

913ca8226.24 (ii) The applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited on furnishing the usual undertaking.

(iii) Balance 25% amount of deposited be invseted with any of the nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till final disposal of this appeal.

(iv) The Civil Application stands disposed off.
