Learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondent Nos. 1 to 8.

This petition is filed praying for quashing and setting aside the order passed by respondent No. 7 in appeal No. 6/2023. Petitioner has also filed revision before the Registrar General under the Money Lenders Act. His grievance is that though the revision is filed on 23-06-2023 by showing

(2) 921wp8206.23 endorsement on the same that revision is yet not numbered and there is no proceeding taken further.

This court finds that the petition can be conveniently disposed off by directing respondent No. 6 to decide the revision challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Latur Division, Latur in Appeal No. 6/2023 within a period of eight weeks from today by issuing notice to the concerned and by giving hearing to all the concerned.

In the meantime, there shall be status-quo as regards possession of the property.
