Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

A detail report running in pages have been filed by the father about the harassment and cheating with his son. This Court has gone through the entire FIR. It appears that the story put-forth by the father is only to save his son. The material on record also reveal that the complainant was also involved in raising money from the public. However, the learned APP has opposed the application contending that the offence is serious and the manner in which the applicants and other co-accused were behaving was harsh. Huge amount has been involved in the case. Therefore, anticipatory bail may not be granted.

This Court has discussed the facts of the case in detail in the order passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.976 of 2022 and

925-aba-1069-2022.odt (2) 1003 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022. Based on the facts, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the similarly situated co-accused. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(A) The Application is allowed.

(B) Interim protection granted to the applicants by order dated 12.08.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
