The only request put forth by the Petitioners is that, their Money Lending Suits preferred on 13/04/2017, are pending before the Respondent and the same be decided expeditiously. 2.

We are not aware of the pendency before the said authority. As such, issuing a specific direction to decide the pending proceedings by jumping the queue, would not be

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. We expect the Respondent to decide the suits of the Petitioners in accordance with the date of filing, depending on the pendency of all cases.
