The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as laboratory assistant is pending since 2014 with the respondent authorities. The same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page 15) is pending with the respondent authorities, then the respondent authorities shall decide the same on its on merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
