1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0180/2024, registered at Dharur Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that prior to the said incident, two complaints were registered by the informant and mother of the informant against the applicant under Section 354 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 324 of the Indian

1270.24ABA Penal Code and in the aforesaid complaints, compromise took place between the parties.

4] Perusal of the statement of the Sunil Sudhakar Sawant, the brother of the applicant, so also, statement of Kishor Vikrant Sakhare, who had rushed to the place of incident, supports the case of the complainant. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. The offence is serious. No case is made out to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the applicant. Hence, the present application is dismissed.
