This is an application seeking restoration of Civil Application No.12066 of 2023 filed for bringing legal representatives of original Respondent No.5 on record in the pending petition. 2.

By a common order dated 10.11.2023, the applications/ petitions listed on the said date before the court were directed to be dismissed without reference to the court, in the event office objections are not removed within four weeks form the date of the order. Since office objections were not removed, the application bearing Civil Application No. 12066 of 2023 was also dismissed. 3.

We have perused the contents of the present application. For the reasons stated therein, the same is allowed. Consequently, delay is condoned and Civil Application No. 12066 of 2023 is restored to file, subject to removing office objections within two weeks from today and
