The order dated 24/06/2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge below Exhibit 67 in S.C. No.63/2016 came to be challenged in this petition. In the said order, learned Sessions Court, while allowing the application filed by the State for permission to examine other witnesses came to be allowed. The said order is challenged in this petition in the year 2019 and since then this petition is pending.

Since the petition is of 2019 and the Sessions Court might have proceeded further in this matter. Therefore, this petition is disposed of.
