Contempt Petition No.269/2020 was not on the board. By consent, taken on the board.

The learned advocate representing the respondent/Zilla Parishad submits, on instructions received from Dr.Pankaj Ashiya, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, who is present in the Court, that the directions for verification of pay fixation followed by fixing new pay scales in terms of the order of this Court dated 19.08.2019 delivered in Writ Petition No.10247/2019 filed by Yogesh J. Saner vs. State of Maharashtra and others, would be complied with within two weeks and the payment of salary of the petitioners as per the new pay fixation would be commenced from the month of November, 2022 i.e. salary for the month of October, 2022 payable in November, 2022. It is further stated, on instructions, that the arrears would be calculated and it would be ensured that the petitioners are paid their arrears on or before 31.01.2023. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners are satisfied and the contempt be treated as being purged.

In view of the above, these Contempt Petitions stand disposed off.
