The present civil application came to be filed by the applicants seeking relief that the appellant Tuljaram Godage died on 22.4.2016 leaving behind him the L.Rs. i.e. the applicants. In order to substantiate this contention, the applicants have produced a copy of death certificate. On perusal of copy of death certificate filed on record, it reveals that Tulshiram Shankar Godage died on 22.04.2016. The hairship certificate issued by the Sarpanch, Grampanchayat Office, Gambhirwadi is also filed in support of the contention of the applicants. The present application is filed on 20.07.2016. The office note clearly indicates that there is no contest to this application and the civil application is in time. In view ca14629.16(29) 1

of the above, it is abundantly clear that civil application for bringing L.Rs. of deceased Tulshiram deserves to be allowed by passing the following order. Hence order.

ORDER

Civil Application No.14629/2016 is hereby allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased Tulshiram Shankar Godage within a period of limitation.
