The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A', 'B' and 'C', which reads as under :

"A) That the respondent nos.11-A to 11-D as shown in the title clause of the present Civil Application be brought on record as LRs of deceased respondent no.11 and record and proceeding be amended accordingly.

B) That delay of 462 days caused in filing the present application may kindly be condoned.

C) Abatement if any may kindly be set aside."
