Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since September - 2016. The petitioner has appeared for Second Year Engineering Course. The result is withheld on the ground that the validity is not submitted. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Bolkar, learned counsel appears for Respondent No. 4.

Considering the fact that validation proceeding is pending we pass following order.

The respondent no. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine (09) months from today. The petitioner shall cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30.08.2018. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting studies of the Third Year Engineering course only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon judgment in validation proceedings. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [ SUNIL K. KOTWAL, J. ] [ S. V.
