The learned Advocate for the Petitioner desires to avail of the remedies as are prescribed under the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act against the Sarpanch, who according to the Petitioner, is indulging in a disgraceful conduct. 3.

The Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition, to avail of a remedy permitted by law. Considering the above, this
