1) Learned counsel for the applicants seeks time for taking steps to bring legal representatives of the deceased respondents on the record. Prayer to make Gram Panchayat party cannot be allowed. CA No.11787/2010 filed for that purpose is rejected. Filing of death certificates of all the deceased will be dispensed with and affidavit will be accepted in that place. Stand over to 2nd September 2016.
